We take care to describe each soap, ingredient, scent, size, and price accurately. Colour and texture may vary slightly between screens and individual artisan batches. Product availability can change without notice, and we may set reasonable limits on an order where stock is limited.

Please read the ingredients and product information before purchase. If you have an allergy or a particular skin concern, seek appropriate professional advice before using a new product.

03 / Orders

When your order becomes a purchase.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. When you place an order, we will acknowledge it by email. A contract for the products is formed when we accept the order and begin preparing it, unless we need to contact you about a problem with stock, payment, or the delivery details.

If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for the unavailable item.

04 / Prices and payment

The amount you see is the amount you pay.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown during checkout; you can also read the current guidance on our shipping and returns page.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted. If a displayed price or product detail contains an obvious error, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.
