We send a dispatch email when your parcel is on its way.
01 / Delivery
From our hands to your door.
Orders are prepared on working days and sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. You will receive a dispatch email once your parcel leaves us; please keep it nearby until your order arrives.
If a delivery is delayed or the tracking has not moved for several days, contact us with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and keep you informed.
02 / Receiving your order
When your parcel arrives.
Please check the outer packaging when it arrives. If it looks damaged, photograph the parcel before opening it and email us as soon as you can. If anything inside is missing or damaged, include a photograph and your order number so we can put it right.
03 / Returns
A return should feel straightforward.
If you change your mind, contact us before sending anything back. We can guide you through the current return window and provide the right next step for your order.
For hygiene and safety, bars that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging cannot usually be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
